Academic Background: BA in Business Administration

Responsibilities My primary responsibilities include establishing and developing partnerships with chartered accounting firms, technology organizations, and individuals. In doing so, the primary goal is to ensure that RDP’s service offerings is obtained by these developed partnerships.  I oversee and manage the UK Business Development Team for all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities. I also provide market feedback to the RDP Management Team and staff regarding competitive offerings and generate new service development ideas.

What attracted you to your career? Having gone to university for a career in finance, I was working at an entry level position at an R&D firm in Houston, Texas. I learned about the intricacies of the program, fell in love with the principles, and have been doing it ever since.

One lesson you’ve learned on the job?: The world is a very small place. When I meet a prospective client, many times they know another client that we’ve serviced in the past.

What’s one thing from your bucket list that you have done or want to do? :My parents grew up in Tanzania and I’ve always wanted to explore East Africa. I had the opportunity to do so 5 years ago, and enjoyed every minute of it.
